Purchase & participation terms

1. Project and participation

1414 is an independent art project initiated by Clon.X. Contact: support@1414.fyi. These terms will be updated if the actual payment or delivery arrangements change before paid participation opens.

Each confirmed participation delivers one numbered digital receipt and one public entry with an optional name and message. Every receipt is priced at its number in US dollars, from US$1 for number 1 to US$1,414 for number 1,414. There is no physical item, ownership, investment, financial return, cash redemption, resale promise, advertising or endorsement.

2. Payment and delivery

Paid checkout will be processed through Stripe Checkout. 1414 will not receive or store your full card details and will never ask for your banking password or verification code.

Every number requires server-side payment confirmation. A return page, screenshot or downloaded receipt image is not confirmation. The digital receipt and public entry are delivered after confirmation.

3. Final sale and purchase issues

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after digital delivery. This does not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

For a duplicate or unauthorised charge, non-delivery or technical error, contact support@1414.fyi.

4. Public name and message

Your submitted name and message are public and may be copied, searched, screenshotted or shared. Use only information you are willing to publish. Do not post another person’s private information or any card number, banking password or verification code. If you choose to publish a handle, link or personal information, you are responsible for having the right to do so and for its public nature.

You keep your rights in your message and permit 1414 to display it on the receipt and public record. Unlawful, infringing or unsafe content may be removed; copies already made by other people may remain.

5. Payment safety

Use only the Stripe Checkout page opened from 1414. Never send a card number, banking password or verification code by message, and never give anyone remote access to your device.

6. Availability and changes

1414 does not promise uninterrupted or permanent hosting. The project or website may be maintained, changed, archived, transferred, suspended or closed. Any fixed public-display period will be stated before purchase.

If operation transfers, public content and personal data will be handled under the Privacy notice and applicable requirements. Dated terms changes will not retroactively remove completed delivery or rights attached to an earlier purchase.
